Rebecca is a femme filmmaker and creative producer based in Chicago, IL. Her work seeks to express the complex and emotional experiences of young adulthood, while promoting empathy and humanity throughout the filmmaking process.

Rebecca is pursuing a BFA in Creative Producing at DePaul University, while also leading DePaul’s Production Office as a senior staff member. Her recent short film Hello Again, Goodbye (written by Emily Schumann) is now on its festival run, which follows two twenty-somethings and their shared post-college romantic tension. Rebecca is also in development for her next short, Sick Fuel! (written by Willa Koster), set for production in Spring 2025.

Originally from Cleveland, OH, Rebecca served as Producer for Paper Crown Pictures, a company formative in bringing student filmmakers together post-COVID. She also worked for Gravitas Ventures, a Cleveland-based distribution company, working in marketing and PR for monthly film releases. When she isn’t on set or behind her laptop, Rebecca can be found climbing at the rock gym, frequenting local bookstores, or practicing classical viola which she has trained in since childhood.
